In order to give a quote in accordance with the time needed to work on any one piece of work, there is a set process to gaining my services.

1. You send sample pages and an outline of exactly what you want doing. (i.e. Whether I'm just to proof the work and edit it myself, or mark up the text and send it back to you for editing. How many pages are there etc etc).

2. I will look over the work; normally within 24 hours. I will then contact you with my quote and await your instructions. I request half payment as a deposit.

3. Assuming that you are happy with the quotation given, I will begin the work. You will be kept up-to-date with periodic emails/telephone calls.

4. When complete, I will send the document(s) and an invoice to you.

Invoices are to be paid within 14 days.
